We offer free world wide shipping. We send out our deliveries using Australia Post. Domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days if placed before 2pm. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia. If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on the following business day.

In the event your sunglasses are delivered damaged, please contact us at email@example.com and we will arrange for you to send them back in its original packaging. On the condition that the damage is in line with our warranty policy, we will happily replace them free of charge and credit your account with the original postage cost.
If for some reason you do not like how your sunglasses fit on your face, we will allow you to contact us within 10 business days of the dispatch date and arrange for you to return them in exchange for a replacement model.
